Notice of club AGM
Luton AC plan to hold the AGM of the club on Thursday 29 November at 19:30 in the club house at Stockwood park.
As with all AGM’s it is a time for the officers of the club to report on their actions throughout the year. There will be no Any Other Business after the meeting but there is the opportunity to raise proposals to be discussed and voted upon. If you wish to enter a proposal for the AGM please have it sent to the secretary of the club (address below) before Thursday 22 November. The proposal must be proposed and seconded by members of the club. Any proposals not seconded will not be discussed.
As with all years every club office must be filled and will be voted on, so anybody wishing to stand for any office must be proposed and seconded. The current list of positions within the club is listed below. If you wish to propose anybody for any of the positions please complete the sheet pinned on the club notice board, in the club house at Stockwood park, detailing the name of the person proposed, the position they are standing for and the proposer’s name, ALL POSITIONS ARE OPEN FOR ELECTION.
