Membership Form & Prices
Dear Club member,
Annual renewal of your membership to Luton Athletic Club is due at the end of this month. The new membership for this year will run for 12 months, from 1st April 2018 to 31st March 2019.
You should also be informed that this year we are following new rules being imposed on clubs and governing bodies for data protection.
Please calculate your membership fee by using the information shown below. England Athletics fees have been increased by £1, but club fees have not changed from last year. We look forward to you renewing your membership for the new season.
Membership Conditions Total
Under 11
An athlete who is aged 10 or under on the 31st August 2018. £10.00
Junior
An athlete who is aged 19 or under on the 31st December 2018, and is not eligible for “student” membership, defined below £47.00
Senior
An athlete who is aged 20 or over on the 31st December 2018, and is not eligible for “student” membership, defined below £62.00
Family
The family fee of £80.00 does not include the England Athletic fee. Any body taking out family membership must add £15.00 for each athlete in the family that requires England Athletic registration. £80.00 + EA Fees
Student
An athlete who has been a Luton AC member and then goes to university and wishes to remain a club member whilst at university. £25.00
Social
Non competitors who wish to be members of the club.£10.00
Life Members
Members who have been voted as Life Members to Luton AC. Those wishing EA registration should return £15.00. Free
England Athletics registration is included in the fee shown above and is necessary for all competing athletes. EA registration runs from 1st April 2018 to the end March 2019, and does not reduce in price if you do not register until later in the year, so there is no gain in not registering at the start of the season. If you are not competing and do not wish to register with England Athletics please deduct £15.00 for each athlete not requiring registration.
Please return the enclosed renewal form with your membership fee, before the end of March 2018, to the address listed at the top of this letter. If you cannot post your membership it is OK to put it and your membership fee into an envelope and drop it into the mailbox just outside the club room. Please make cheques payable to Luton AC.
It is important that the information on your renewal form is up to date and written in a way that makes it easy to read. Please include a correct email address, clearly written, if you have one.
Your new membership cards, along with the fixture book, will be returned to you as soon as possible. This will probably be sometime in April, as we cannot register athletes with England Athletics until 1st April.
